  • Domestic (India): Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance, typically 10–20 business days after dispatch.



Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors such as courier delays, strikes, weather conditions, or customs processes.

3. Shipping Charges



  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions.

4. Tracking Your Order



  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and courier details so you can monitor the shipment.


5. Delays & Non-Delivery



  • Houseofjosé is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or incorrect/incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges.

6. Damaged Packages



  • If your package arrives damaged, please refuse to accept it from the courier or take clear photographs/videos before opening and contact us within 48 hours at [houseofjose1@gmail.com].
