At Houseofjosé, we strive to deliver high-quality, thoughtfully designed pieces to our customers. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation



  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at [houseofjose1@gmail.com]
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refer to our return policy if applicable.


2. Refunds



  • We issue refunds only in the following cases:
    1. You cancel the order within the 24-hour cancellation period.
    2. You receive a defective or damaged product and notify us within 24hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
    3. The product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.


3. Returns & Exchanges



  • Due to the made-to-order and festive nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items, subject to stock availability.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted if:


  • The product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by us.
  • Return request is initiated after the specified time frame.
  • The product is customised or personalised.
